First, to apply to become a Wholesale Partner, please fill out the wholesale account form here. We will reply as soon as possible. Once you're set up, you can place orders via our Wholesale Portal with your login.

Wholesale orders require a minimum of 5lbs and coffee is sold in increments of 5lbs.

For 12oz. retail bags, we have a 6-bag minimum.

We typically roast at the beginning of every week. We usually ship out orders on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Please place orders by Monday morning for guaranteed same-week shipping. Orders placed after Monday morning may ship the following week.

Our wholesale offerings change seasonally. And pricing is subject to change based on market pricing. But we'll always be up-front about any changes.

Year-round, we'll carry options that work well in the cafe setting for espresso, cold brew, and filter coffee.

We offer shipping for wholesale orders, with free shipping on qualifying orders. We also offer Local Pickup hours each week (on weekdays).

For local delivery within 10 miles of our roastery, please inquire for details.

Yes! We offer coffee education and training services, tailored to your needs. We've worked in cafe/restaurant settings and would love to assist you & your team in any way we can. We offer coffee training both at our roastery and in person behind your espresso bar. Email nathan@leatherbackroasters.com for more information about training.
