To apply to become a Wholesale Partner, please fill out the wholesale account form here.
We will reply as soon as possible. Once you're set up, you can place orders via our Wholesale Portal with your login.

Wholesale orders require a minimum of 10 lbs and coffee is sold in increments of 5 lbs.
For 12oz. retail bags, we have a 6-bag minimum (mix-and-match).
When do you roast?
When do you roast?
We roast and ship Monday—Thursday. Please place wholesale orders by Monday morning for same-week shipping. We'll fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but orders placed after Monday morning may ship the following week.

Our wholesale offerings change seasonally. And pricing is subject to change based on market pricing. But we'll always be up-front about any changes.
Year-round, we'll carry options that work well in the cafe setting for espresso, cold brew, and filter coffee.

We offer shipping for wholesale orders, with free shipping on qualifying orders. We also offer Local Pickup hours each week (on weekdays).
For local delivery within 10 miles of our roastery, please inquire for details.

Do you offer consulting/training for my coffee shop?
Yes! We offer professional coffee training and consulting tailored to cafés, restaurants, and hospitality teams. We offer coffee training both at our roastery and in person behind your espresso bar. We cover topics such as espresso dialing-in and puck prep, barista fundamentals, cupping and tasting, and team training. To learn more or schedule training, email nathan@leatherbackroasters.com.
