Refunds and Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Return Policy: Coffee
We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we are willing to resolve problems as they arise. We do our best to ensure that our coffee is free of defects, but we are human. If there is a defect in your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please email us at shop@leatherbackroasters.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
Return Policy: Merchandise (non-coffee items)
For all non-coffee items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a return or refund for defective, unused, or damaged items. Because we are a small operation, at this time, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please email shop@leatherbackroasters.com with an image of your item that clearly shows a defect or shipping damage, and include your order number. We do not accept returns on worn or washed clothing items.
