Located in Longwood, Florida, Leatherback Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery dedicated to sourcing exceptional coffees and roasting them with precision. Since launching our roasting facility in 2023, we’ve become known for offering innovative, high-quality coffees that deliver an experience worth savoring.

Founded by Nathan and Grace Frey, a husband-and-wife team with experience in the coffee industry, Leatherback Roasters is a true passion project. After working in cafés and honing their craft, they decided to create a roastery that reflects their commitment to quality, sustainability, and community. Today, Leatherback is proud to serve some of Orlando’s best multi-roaster coffee shops and retail outlets, including Framework and Craft & Common in downtown Orlando and Oviedo.
