Our Story

Leatherback Roasters is a small specialty coffee roasting company in Longwood, Florida. Focused on sourcing exceptional coffees and roasting them meticulously to curate an excellent selection of coffees, Leatherback has been dedicated to pursuing quality and innovation in coffee while fostering a sense of community and continuous growth since opening its roasting facility in 2023. Occasionally public cuppings are held at the roastery. Leatherback is owned and operated by Nathan and Grace Frey.
