Brazil Thiago Corsi comes to us from the Corsi family farm in Minas Gerais, Fazenda Rodomunho. From the terroir and natural fermentation process, we taste chocolate with a touch of sweetness and warm spices, in addition to some floral notes. Perfect for daily drinking or for someone looking to adventure further into specialty coffee.
Thiago Corsi visited our roastery last year, and it was awesome to connect the person to the beautiful coffee we have the pleasure of working with. (See picture below.)
