The Leatherback Roasters mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Leatherback Roasters (“Leatherback Roasters,” “we,” or “us”). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.

Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from us or on our behalf, even if your number is listed on any state or federal Do Not Call registry. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Service-related messages may include order updates, alerts, or account-related information. Promotional messages may include offers, specials, marketing campaigns, or reminders. Message frequency may vary.

Participation is voluntary, and you are not required to enroll in the Service to make purchases.

Charges
