Shipping Policy
Orders ship Monday through Friday via UPS or USPS. As a reminder, due to our roast schedule, orders placed after Monday morning may be fulfilled the following week. Because we roast to order, please allow 1–6 business days for processing before your order ships. Delivery times vary based on destination and may be affected by holidays or weather conditions. Once an order has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages, but we're available to help you find a solution to shipping issues.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is placed and a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. Please contact us at shop@leatherbackroasters.com if you did not receive a notification within 48 hours, or if you have any questions about the status of your shipment.
Address Errors & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make address changes.
We are a small operation, so at this time, if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package. USPS and UPS also charge us for returned shipments, so we’re unable to refund original shipping costs in these cases.
