Since 2021, Alejandro has managed to strengthen a distinctive profile in the region while improving the quality of his coffee. His farm is known for its exceptional soil, located between three volcanoes: Huila, Sotará, and Puracé. The local geography contributes to fertile land with unique attributes, resulting in more aromatic coffees and yellow fruits.
