About the Producer:
This coffee comes to us from Fazenda Rodomunho, the three-generation Corsi family farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil. In 2019, Thiago Corsi took over leadership of his family's farm, adopting regenerative coffee farming practices and keeping family traditions alive while pursuing new ventures into specialty coffee.
Thiago Corsi visited our roastery in 2024, following the first season we sourced coffee from his farm. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee, which had quickly become a favorite, and it was a delight to connect with Thiago, the one responsible for the coffee we'd been working with. Throughout 2025, we had hoped to further our partnership, but due to the heavy tariffs placed on imports from Brazil, which included coffee, we were unable to source from Fazenda Rodomunho. In December of last year, we tasted samples of the fresh harvest, and began working again with our importing partners to make a shipment possible for the coming year. Finally, in late July of 2026, the coffee reached our roastery. It's well worth the wait, and we're delighted to share it with you.
Taste with Us:
From the terroir and natural fermentation process, we taste chocolate with a touch of sweetness and warm spices, accompanied by delicate floral notes. Perfect for daily drinking, and for anyone looking to venture further into specialty coffee.
